The K-Way Men's Kili '16 Boot was made with Africa's highest peak in mind. It features a nubuck and suede upper, a K-Way waterproof/breathable membrane that creates a waterproof barrier that is also windproof and moisture vapour permeable. A Grivola Vibram outsole offers incredible grip and traction needed for Kilimanjaro. The Kili '16 boot has a steel shank and polypropylene board reinforcement for stability as well as a removable ortholite footbed that provides exceptional comfort.
 
To prolong the life of your trail or outdoor shoes, there are a few guidelines you can follow. Firstly, try to clean them regularly, and don’t put them in either a washing machine or a tumble dryer. Fill a bucket with cold or lukewarm water and a specialised footwear cleaning solution (or a mild soap mixture if you don’t have the cleaning solution). Don’t use harsh chemicals like bleach. Use a rag or soft nailbrush to get in between the grooves. Take out the inners (if possible) and wash them separately. Let them air dry or use a recommended product to absorb the moisture quicker. Don’t pack them away until they are bone-dry, or else you’ll get mould. Store them in a cool, dry place.
