As the head of the organisation you will work with a broad range of key stakeholders, from the Board and Management, the Regulator, Customers, the wider Business Community, Government and Staff all the while ensuring that Mascom maintains its place as a strong performing, well-respected player in the industry. The role challenges you by having full P& L responsibility and developing and implementing strategy to ensure that the organisation stays fiercely competitive, relevant and a leader in the field. Job Requirements
You should be able to demonstrate a track record of operating in a senior general management leadership role.
Experience of the sector is desirable
We seek a candidate with a Degree in Management or an equivalent qualification
10 years’ experience of which 5 years must be at senior management level preferably within a telecommunications company
