How to pick out the best seats for my car?

My 95 v6 Mustang is not worthy of 3-4 thousand $$ just for seats. My seats however do need to be replaced as they are in very rough shape. I've already swapped the drivers and passenger side out because the driver side had bare metal on the door side that was tearing my pants when I entered and exited the vehicle.
