what are the best platforms or infrastructure to build decentralized apps and websites?

I tried Ethereum,more users use it ,less performance users get.

    Ethereum is just for build auto executed "contract programs" ,I recently try to build decentralized website on blockstack, so that users can keep their data on their choice .At the same time,they also enjoy the same pages  loading performance like Amazon ,twitter. 
     
     You can try afari and graphite doc.good decentralized website examples.
