Hello Guys. I'm developing an app with a one-click transaction for cards that already saved. Is there a way to do the Card charge without always having to ask for the PIN? Or do I have to save the PIN for future purchases?

Once the charge and validation leg is complete for the first charge on the card, you can make use of the token for subsequent charges.
