why sudan is so poor?

No factories,No manufacturing,War is a big issues,they don't focus on economic development.sudan is the largest country in Africa in early years.but its leader and business man did't try many efficient methods like kenya or Tanzania.In  Kenya or Tanzania ,the government give their investers so many tax benefits.so many Chinese factoris are moving to the two country,and then manufacturers can rent their land and build furniture factories,clothes factories,small craft factories,etc,because the labour is so so so cheap,their products can be more competive than other country.Not only  SaudiArabia and other Arabic country ,and Australia,even Europe Union can import products easily from  kenya or Tanzania . so the local citizen can get salary from their Chinese bossess,year after year ,they can master the manufacturing skills like Chinese peoples ,at the same time ,the government offices can get money named of  tax and afford their live.Chinese contribute the skills and equipments,local people contribute the cheap manual labour,Governmet guide the advertisement.But land still belong to local people, This is  totally a positive circle.it's just like in 1980s,many America manufacturers and Europe  manufacturers entered into China.One word,God give Sudan the oil and the biggest land,but don't give them enough wisdom,may be they have,but they never change themselves,and now its too late for Sudan.20 years later,Sudan will much poorer than the two countries.

In fact ,they don't have enough water,i have been there ,most of this country is full of desert.

Sudan people are really kind,very very kind,you can get a lift on the road,it is not easily happen in Europe.
