Everyone! But more seriously, if you are building an application in JavaScript that requires sign-in and storage you should look at using Blockstack. The APIs we provide are not only decentralized (No dependency on Google, Facebook, or other OAuth provider) but easier to use than traditional OAuth. Also you no longer have to maintain and secure databases with all your user information. That data is stored securely with the people who created it.
