    Im IT in at x company and we did hire 50 last week and 40 just yesterday ( and they are fresh out of college with minimum experience) I know because i give them the laptops , starts asking myself about switching jobs

    I maybe getting a 56k salary job promotion. If Junior only pays 30k or so I don't think it is worth it... plus I have a MBA and work at a biopharm... potential growth here, but also want to expand with coding for a side business. :(
