Front End Developer at Giraffe - Johannesburg · Full Time

Job Description
 
The front end developer will play a key role in designing, building and implementing all of Giraffe’s customer facing web and mobile elements, both for businesses that use Giraffe to recruit staff as well as jobseekers who use Giraffe to find jobs

The role would report directly to the Head of Product and Lead Developer, and would play a crucial role in the direction of the front-end tech stack and UX approach

Educational requirements:

BSc/BCom/BIt/B multimedia/ BA Visual Arts or related degree

Essential technical requirements:

At least 2 years’ industry experience as a developer 
Mastery of CSS 
Mastery of JavaScript 
Experience with React or Angular 
Experience with UI and UX design and principles

Essential other requirements:
