Hi. I am facing problem in reading a csv file django.

Hi. I am facing problem in reading a csv file django. I have placed the csv file under one of the django apps. And trying to read it by specifying the path(tried both absolute and relative path) but I got `FileNotFoundError`. Any idea where I can place the csv file to make it read in one of the views? Or the changes I have to make in the `settings.py` file?
