Hi,
Can anyone help me with the problem statement
1. I have an excel sheet with 3 columns, A,B and C.
2. I used to filter columns A and B to get data in column C accordingly.
3. I want to implement it using python on web interface where the columns A and B are available as dropdown list and C can be reflected in text box accordingly.

Which open source framework can I use? Or where can I start with.
Please help me. I am new to web development.
