Quran chapter 108 (Al-Kawthar) | English Translation | Quran Surah 108
Indeed, We have granted you ˹O Prophet˺ abundant goodness.

Indeed, We have given you plenty.

O Messenger! Indeed, I have granted you abundant goodness, from which is the river of Kawthar in Paradise.
— Abridged Explanation of the Quran
Indeed, We have granted you, [O Muḥammad], al-Kawthar.
— Saheeh International
(0 Prophet,) surely We have given to you Al-Kauthar (a river in Paradize).
— Maarif-ul-Quran
(O Prophet,) surely We have given to you Al-Kauthar.
— Mufti Taqi Usmani
Surely We have given you the Abundance;
— Dr. Ghali
We have truly given abundance to you [Prophet]––
— Abdul Haleem
(O Prophet), We have surely bestowed upon you good in abundance.

Inna aAAtaynakaalkawthar
— Transliteration
Lo! We have given thee Abundance;

To thee have We granted the Fount (of Abundance).

We have surely given you [O Prophet] abundance,

We have given you plenty,

Verily, We have granted you (O Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم) Al-Kauthar (a river in Paradise).

So pray and sacrifice to your Lord ˹alone˺.

So pray to your Lord and sacrifice.

So be grateful to Allah for this blessing, by performing prayer for Him alone and offering sacrifice for Him, as opposed to the offerings of sacrifice the idolaters do for their idols.

So pray to your Lord and offer sacrifice [to Him alone].

So, offer salah (prayer) to your Lord, and sacrifice.

So pray unto thy Lord, and sacrifice.

Only the one who hates you is truly cut off ˹from any goodness˺.

Indeed, it is the one who hates you who has been cut off.

Indeed, your hater is cut off from every goodness, and will be forgotten. If remembered, he will be remembered negatively.

Surely it is your enemy whose traces are cut off.

Lo! it is thy insulter (and not thou) who is without posterity.

For he who hateth thee, he will be cut off (from Future Hope).

Indeed, the one who hates you is truly cut off [from all goodness].
