My team and I are delighted in welcoming you to The Dental Practice at The Waterfront.
I have been practicing dentistry for the last 20 years much of the time in the UK. I was thrilled to open The Dental Practice at The Waterfront in 2014 with the help of my brilliant team.
I am passionate about my work and my aim is to give patients the best possible care, attention and of course the best smile.
In 1994 I graduated from the University of Pretoria in South-Africa, from there I developed an interest in Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry.
As an academic and sport bursary holder from SANDF (Mildent), I worked in 1 Military Hospital gaining valuable experience in Oral Surgery, before moving to the UK where I worked for the last 20 years.
During my time in the UK I had my own private practice, and completed my MSc Degree in Implantology under Prof. Malcolm Harris at the University of Warwickshire in Coventry.
I was then fortunate to do further training at The Implant Institute in Harley Street London, under the watchful eye of Prof. Steward Harding where I gained much experience in Implant Dentistry.
Throughout my Dental Career I had the opportunity in working with some very creative and forward thinking dental professionals, the emphasis always on Cosmetic Dentistry.
To improve my expertise I regularly attend Post Graduate courses in Implantology, Orthodontics, Cosmetic Dentistry and various other disciplines all over the world including the UK, Europe and USA. In doing so I have kept my Continual Professional Development up to date.
I love working with people and nothing gives me greater pleasure to work with patients on improving their smiles.
I have many hobbies; from cycling to skiing with my wife and three boys, travelling, motorsports and will always make time for the wonderful game of golf...
