You will need 3+ years .NET experience - Front End, Back End or Full Stack. Tertiary education is not a prerequisite, but desirable. Certifications are useful.

Writing quality code, while adhering to standards
Preparing unit tests
Reviewing code
Understanding what the business wants
Expected to maintain industry knowledge
Be prepared to innovate

Take part in the architecture and design process
Implementing continuous integration practices
