which one of these lenses would you recommend?Nikon 18-140mm vs 18-105

Nikon 18-140mm vs 18-105 -  While reading about this lens I come to understand that it has a better lens which makes the picture sharper and the ends crisper over 18-105. Is that true? which one of these lenses would you recommend?
