Can u guys suggest me one stable kernel for ubuntu 18.04.1 becasue im having random freezes with fresh install ubuntu with kernel 4.18.8

That should be a stable release. It may be a hardware issue. There isn't normally anything in the logs with freezing, but there may be. You might want to run a bootable version of memtest86 and monitor it.
