    I thought that the DRM this was a big problem, until I installed the app and discovered that my mi a1 is also l3 and I didn't notice for a year

    I would say the Mi Pad 4 Plus, the look of it makes you want to pick it up all the time, inspiring design, and the screen to body ratio is good for holding it better. The customization you can do with Android make it a super deal. Then again, the PPI and performance of the iPad is super that you know you are getting something that will last for years, although you may think it is from a decade ago with those giant bezels. The only thing that is preventing me from pulling the trigger is the thickness and weight of the Mi Pad, is it that heavy or do you get used to it? I will be walking around with it with one hand so curious.

    Mi pad 4 plus all the way for me . I have the 8 inch version and love it. I have to use Android for the ability to side load apps (torrents, terrarium tv, YouTube Vanced etc .), iOS is too limited to run these kind of super apps. If IOS would not be so locked up I would choose the iPad as it has the smoothest interface.

    Been planning to buy a tablet and these two(ipad 2018 and Mi pad 4 plus) are my choices. And yes, im still confused. I love MIUI but im kinda bored with it and i wanted to try iOS. So still confused hahaha 
     
    (let us consider the same price variants of these two, both around the range of $320 and compare...) 
     
    I would say, if u wanted a proven solid and refined tablet user experience and a great great performance/speed, no doubt it's the iPad 2018. Also it's worth mentioning that it supports the awesome apple pen and it's available almost anywhere. 
     
    On the other hand, if u want a more phone-like experience with a more modern design/small bezels, more storage (64GB), better cameras (in megapixel numbers at least) and if you dont mind a bit less of performance, the Mi Pad 4 Plus is the pick. But also consider the availability...we really cant get this yet. 
     
    My usage will be mostly reading books, making presentations and word-stuffs, some gaming(PUBG) and YouTube. 
     
    If Mi Pad (MIUI) had a dedicated and more refined tablet user experience with multiple windows function, optimized for keyboards and productivity office works, i will hv no confusion, I would wait for the mi pad 4 plus to reach my market.

    Honestly speaking, xiaomi mi pad 4 is in my opinion the best all rounder tablet out here even better than iPad. Why? Based on my experience using iPad, I just felt as an android smarphone user I dont feel iPad give me freedom to do a lot of stuff. For example, installing apps outside playstore and customising while android tablet easily allow me to do everything without the need to jailbreak or rooting. With its laminated display, better screen overall, performance yeah isn't as good as iPad but hey its still able to play demanding games and snapdragon 660 Is known to give decent performance without hurting the battery life. Not forgetting the price tag is cheap man way cheaper than iPad. The only downside, it can't play HD content in Netflix but hey I dont have Netflix account eventho I can afford it(it didnt bother me one bit). Due to that, I will convert from iPad 9.7 to xiaomi mi pad 4.

    iPad scores 150% performance than MiPad 4 Plus Antutu Scores : iPad 200K+ while SD660 is 130K+ So to break the tie I would say iPad got Performance,Better Display,More Battery,Regular Updates and the most awesome UI

    I am a Gamer, so for me the iPad was the Best option for fornite and Modern Kombat Verusus. Hey! And the apps of AR ?? This is a critical point and far better in the IPad, the apps are very good

    The Mipad got sleek design and neatly price, but since my daily driver is already android phone, I'm willing to add a few more bucks for iPad 2018. apples got some overprice shits but this iPad 2018 was cheaply price for its specs even on the android counter part on the price range. That's a flagship SOC @ $400 plus it got an Apple Pencil support. Very good for Gaming all max out setting and very good to productivity apps which most of them were not supported on android like drawing apps Procreate, Affinity Design.. etc.

    Didn't expect xiaomi put a sd660 in the tablet and make it this great for the price offered..I can say Xiaomi can just recycle this chipset till next year with android 9 or android X and just do more optimisation to make it better,please make it cheaper with more variants as well..just like what Xiaomi did with their sd625, it's even recycled from 2016 till now if im not mistaken

    Honestly if your need is just for media consumptions, get the HD or mipad with good pair of earphone or headphone, getting the iPad is kinda waste of money and all that power on iPad is wasted.
