Is it difficult to register a company on Stripe? Have you guys ever registered a successful one?

Is there a 2 - year waiver of bank account management fees?
Will the annual review and franchise fees for the next year be high if you don't operate in any state in the United States?
Will stripe require you to provide information about your business, such as websites, products, terms of service, etc. is this required?
